ShaRon Rea is a policy advocate, Conscious Communication trainer, and a global leader in the field of Human-Centered Leadership. She has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of coaching, communication, education, non-profit management and government service. In her position as a professional advocate, she engaged in bipartisan lobbying efforts to successfully develop and pass legislation supporting better housing opportunities in NYC.  She also founded the global movement No Judgment. Just Love.®  encouraging citizens around the world to move beyond judgments that divide, and to consciously lead with love in thoughts, words and actions so that individuals and companies can better achieve their goals. She currently works as an Executive Coach for corporate leaders, non-profits, government agencies and provides additional consulting support to families in need. ShaRon holds certifications from the Fowler International Academy of Coaching, Personality Lingo Communication program, the ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) Study mental health program, the Arizona Attorney General’s Mediation program and is a Social Emotional Learning International Children’s World Instructor.
